Full Service Wedding Planning & Coordination Package

Our full service wedding planning package includes assistance with all aspects of the wedding planning process. We will be with you throughout the entire planning process to make sure every detail is handled. Our goal is to turn your wedding vision into a reality! Full service packages are customized to your specific needs and typically include many of the following services:

  • Meet with you to discuss your wedding colors, theme, and vision
  • Be available to you throughout the planning process to answer any questions or just to chat about ideas you may have for your wedding
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a practical budget for your wedding and wedding related events. We will even keep track of your payments
  • Provide recommendations for ceremony and reception locations and escort you to site visits to determine which are best suited for your wedding day
  • Provide vendor recommendations and accompany you to vendor meetings or go in your place if you are unavailable
  • Review vendor contracts and work closely with vendors throughout the planning process to ensure all details are handled and products/services are as expected
  • Create a wedding planning checklist and timeline to keep everyone organized
  • Coordinate wedding party attire
  • Assist you in selecting stationery, including save-the-dates, invitations, programs, menu cards, escort cards, etc.
  • Manage your guest list and keep track of RSVP’s
  • Assist with your seating chart and reception layout
  • Assist in selecting wedding favors
  • Coordinate accommodations and transportation for out-of-town guests, as well as assembling and delivering customized out-of-town welcome gifts (welcome gifts priced separately)
  • Accompany you to shop for a wedding dress and attend final dress fitting
  • Assist in planning any other wedding related event, such as the wedding shower, bachelor/bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, day after wedding brunch, and honeymoon
  • Confirm details and timelines with all vendors prior to your wedding and create a detailed timeline for your wedding day
  • Coordinate the wedding rehearsal, ensuring all participants are comfortable with their roles
  • Present on your wedding day to manage vendors and ensure everything goes smoothly (please see our Day of Coordination Package for details)

Month of Coordination

If you have most of the planning done, but need some last minute assistance, our Month of Coordination can help bridge the gap so you can enjoy the last month of your engagement. This package includes everything from our Day of Coordination Package plus help with the last minute details that arise during the month before your wedding. In addition to the Day of Coordination package, you will receive:

  • One hour meeting or phone call 1 month before your wedding day to review the timeline, vendors, and details for your big day
  • Eight hours of additional consulting time, to be used at your discretion (vendor meetings, site visits, planning assistance, etc.)

Day of Coordination

If you have taken care of the planning, but would like someone to coordinate your rehearsal and wedding day, eliminating stress for you and your family, our Day of Coordination Package is the perfect solution! We will be onsite to coordinate your wedding rehearsal and wedding day to ensure each detail is perfect, troubleshooting when necessary and managing the flow of the event. The following services are included in our Day of Coordination Package:

  • One hour meeting or phone call 2-3 weeks before your wedding day to review the timeline, vendors, and details for your big day
  • One hour meeting or phone call the week of your wedding to review the final timeline and last minute details
  • Up to one hour of phone conversations/email responses
  • Review vendor contracts as necessary
  • Create a detailed timeline and distribute to vendors as necessary
  • Contact all vendors to confirm arrival/delivery times and provide timeline (does not include planning services – only confirmation of services and timeline details)
  • Present at rehearsal to ensure it flows smoothly and to answer any questions (presence at rehearsal dinner not included)
  • Onsite for your wedding day to coordinate and manage the event (up to 8 hours included in package price)
  • Handle any remaining vendor payments on wedding day
  • Provide wedding emergency kit
  • Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated (make sure décor, flowers, place cards, favors, gift table, etc. are properly arranged); a site visit will be performed if necessary
  • Assist the wedding party with any last minute needs
  • Distribute flowers to everyone who should have them
  • Direct the wedding party so they are in the proper place at the proper time
  • Line up groomsmen and bridesmaids
  • Fix all dresses prior to walking down the aisle
  • Monitor the card and gift table throughout the reception
  • Collection of cards, gifts, and any other items to ensure they are stored safely
  • Coordinate the return of any rental items, including linens, chair covers, tuxedos, etc.
  • Handle any and all last minute needs!
