WEDDINGS Full Service Planning Package
Our full service planning package includes assistance throughout the entire planning process to make sure every detail is handled. Our goal is to turn your wedding vision into a reality! Full service packages are customized to your specific needs and, depending on your needs, may include the following services: - Meet with you to discuss your wedding colors, theme, and vision.
- Be available to you throughout the planning process to answer any questions or just to chat about ideas you may have for your wedding!
- Assist in creating and maintaining a practical budget for your wedding and wedding related events. We will even keep track of your payments.
- Provide recommendations for ceremony and reception locations and escort you to site visits to determine which are best suited for your wedding day.
- Provide vendor recommendations and accompany you to vendor meetings or go in your place if you are unavailable.
- Review vendor contracts and work closely with vendors throughout the planning process to ensure all details are handled and products or services are as expected.
- Create a wedding planning checklist and timeline to keep everyone organized.
- Coordinate wedding party attire.
- Assist you in selecting stationery, including save-the-dates, invitations, programs, menu cards, escort cards, etc.
- Manage your guest list and keep track of RSVPs.
- Assist with your seating chart and reception layout.
- Assist in selecting wedding favors.
- Coordinate accommodations and transportation for out-of-town guests, as well as assembling and delivering customized out-of-town welcome baskets.
- Accompany you to shop for a wedding dress and attend final dress fitting.
- Assist in planning any other wedding related event, such as your wedding shower, bachelor/bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, day after wedding brunch, and/or honeymoon.
- Confirm details and timelines with all vendors prior to your wedding and create a detailed timeline for your wedding day.
- Coordinate the wedding rehearsal, ensuring all participants are comfortable with their roles.

Day of Coordination PackageIf you have taken care of the planning, but want someone available to coordinate your rehearsal and wedding day, our Day of Coordination Package is the perfect solution! We will be onsite to coordinate your wedding rehearsal and wedding day to ensure each detail is perfect, troubleshooting when necessary, and managing the flow of the event. You’ll enjoy your wedding day knowing that we’re making sure your months of planning come together exactly as you envisioned. The following services are included in our Day of Coordination Package: - Meet with you within two weeks of your wedding day to go over the timeline, vendors, and details for your big day.
- Create a detailed timeline for your wedding day and distribute to all vendors.
- Contact all vendors and confirm arrival/delivery times; continue corresponding with vendors in the weeks leading up to your wedding and update timeline with any changes.
- Coordinate your wedding rehearsal, ensuring all participants are comfortable with their roles.
- Be onsite for your wedding day to coordinate and manage the event (package price includes 8 hours).
- Check ceremony and reception set-up and design to ensure all décor, flowers, place cards, favors, gift table, etc. are properly arranged.
- Assist the wedding party with any last minute needs, including coordinating breakfast or lunch and assisting with attire.
- Distributing flowers to everyone who should have them.
- Lining up the Groomsmen and Bridesmaids prior to the ceremony and coordinating their timing down the aisle.
- Getting you ready for your grand entrance!
- Monitor the card and gift table throughout the reception.
- Collect cards, gifts, and any other items at the end of the event.
- Coordinate the return of all rental items, including chair covers, tuxedos, etc.
- Handle any and all last minute needs!

Custom Packages and Event Concierge
The Pink Polka Dot is here to assist as much, or as little, as you’d like! If the packages above don’t seem like a fit, we’ll customize them to meet your needs.
Additionally, our Event Concierge is an hourly service designed to be your Personal Assistant. From addressing and mailing invitations to assembling favors, we’re here to help with some of the more time consuming, tedious tasks. We also offer consulting services for the couple that does not need our Day of Coordination package, but instead may only need help with creating a timeline for the day or coming up with a budget.
